Trail Rides
Positive reinforcement is the hallmark of SHR's training program. SHR strives to teach discipline, responsiblity
and respect for the horses and equipment. All aspects of equine care are addressed. This is accomplished in a
friendly and supportive atmosphere with the help of peers at varying levels of skills.
Every student at SHR has the opportunity to participate in competitions. We provide professional hauling, clipping,
wrapping, stall set-up and other show services are available as needed.
Whether you're competing or riding for pleasure, SHR can assist in making dreams come true.
SHR is offering Hippotherapy. Hippotherapy is the use of the movement of a horse to strengthen and improve
the movement, balance and coordination of children with disabilities.
Volunteers are needed to work with well-trained horses and children in need. Must be at least 14 years of age. This is
a great opportunity to earn volunteer credit hours. Contact us about current schedules.
